ADDiCAN has a long tradition of meeting and exceeding the highest quality standards. Our production operations implement multiple Quality System Certifications by accredited independent third party auditors such as HACCP and GMP and are subject to annual inspections.

Some of the requirements for this are procedures to cover all key processes in the business:

Document control procedures

Supplier approval program

Traceability program

Recall program

Product testing program

Equipment calibrating policy

Non-conforming product policy

Corrective action plan

Annual audits

Compliance to GMP

Compliance to HACCP

CFIA inspection

Sanitation policy

Pest control policy

Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points or HACCP Certification is a voluntary, independent validation to support the scientific design of our HACCP system. HACCP is a systematic preventive approach to food safety from biological, chemical, and physical hazards in production processes. ADDiCAN implement HACCP at all stages of production in the prevention of hazards.
